What is Humolli Capital?
Humolli Capital is an integrated investment firm that combines private equity, venture capital, public-interest projects, energy , real estate development/investment, and a government-affairs/policy arm to support economic development in Kosovo and the wider region.

Where do you operate?
Headquartered in Kosovo, we focus on Kosovo as our main client and the Western Balkans, with selective regional investments in the Western World when there’s strategic fit.
How can founders or projects apply for funding?
Submit a one-page executive summary and a 10–15 slide pitch deck through our investment submissions portal (or the designated email). Do you partner with other investors, DFIs, or NGOs?
Part of our mission to make a better Kosovo is to routinely co-invest with strategic partners, DFIs, and reputable institutional investors and partner with NGOs or governments for public-interest projects in such a manner whereby there’s a benefit for everyone.
How do you measure the public benefit of projects you support?
We define project-specific impact KPIs (access, affordability, jobs created) and track outcomes against baseline metrics .
These expectations must meet a certain Humolli Capital standard to be considered in terms of performance and valuation.
What is your mission and long-term vision?
Humolli Capital aims to mobilize capital, operational expertise, and policy engagement to build enduring businesses and public projects that raise living standards and strengthen Kosovo’s economic standing, both progressively and rigidly.
What are your future plans?
Our future plans focus on expanding Humolli Capital into a platform whereby anyone can join in on the mission to make their own city a better place.. While city-level scale operations are our focus, we also seek to bring impact down to the individual level, ensuring that every person has the opportunity to improve their life without needing to commercialize it. Our goal is to create an environment where progress is accessible, inclusive, and meaningful both collectively and personally.where investments not only transform individual companies but entire urban ecosystems. n the coming years, we aim to deliver projects in energy, infrastructure, and real estate that visibly improve daily life for citizens; from reliable utilities and sustainable housing to smarter public spaces.
